Just before Christmas 2009 I saw an article about the “Hypno-Band” in the local newspaper. After reading about it further on the internet, I contacted Mike and made arrangements to visit him in February. Up until that time, I didn’t even know that hypnosis could be used to help with weight loss.
On my first visit, Mike and his wife made me feel very welcome. From that visit it was obvious that Mike was committed to helping me change my lifestyle by first talking through my reasons for over-eating, and then with the help of hypnosis and the Hypno-Band.
I have now realised the importance of eating healthily and also the importance of daily exercise, something which I hadn’t given much thought to for most of my adult life. I know it’s not a “miracle cure” and I still have a long way to go, but with Mike’s help and support, I now feel that I can achieve my goal.
