Terms & Conditions of Khameleon
The following terms and conditions apply to all trainings booked with Khameleon Limited.
Payment
Payment in full must have been received and be cleared funds prior to the despatch of pre-course learning materials from Khameleon Limited. These materials are essential to learning and certification. A test with pass, based on the material, must be achieved prior to the training. Failure of the test will result in non-admission and no refund will be made.
Cancellation
Cancellation will only be accepted after verbal agreement confirmed in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:
- Less than one month - no refund.
- Less than three months - 25% of fee refunded.
- More than three months - 50% of fee refunded.
- Substitute delegates will be accepted as an alternative to cancellation, however they must take and pass entrance test.
All course bookings are non-transferable.
